Payment must be received by Event and Sports Projects Australia Pty Ltd (ESPA) by Thursday 4 September.

The Registrations and Payments check-in area will be located inside the Towradgi Park Bowls and Recreation Club.
Entry into the Club will only via the Towradgi car park entrance. Follow the signs.
NO entry will be allowed through Club’s front entrance on event day. This entrance is for Club patrons only.

Accepted Forms of Payment

No credit cards.
For registrations made prior to Thursday 4 September, Cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Money Order only will be accepted. Do not send cash.
A copy of your registration confirmation form (online entries) or brochure booking form (mail entries) must accompany payment (or evidence of payment - EFT).

EFT payments

When paying by EFT please provide a copy of your Registration Confirmation Advice, or your brochure booking form, PLUS a copy of the EFT transaction confirmation. Then mail or fax both to ESPA by Thursday 4 September.

Cheque and money order payments

When paying by cheque or money order, attach with the copy of your Registration Confirmation Advice (online entry) or brochure booking form (mail entry) and mail to ESPA by Thursday 4 September.

Late Registrations

Late registrations, that is those made after Thursday 4 September, payment will only be accepted on event day, as mailing cheques and EFT verifications may not be received by ESPA in time.

NOTE: Cash only will be accepted on event day. Debit card (not cc) ATM facilities are available at the Towradgi Park Bowls & Recreation Club.

Late Payments

If a late payment has been made, evidence must be provided on event day to verify that payment has been forwarded to ESPA. In this instance, please present a copy of your Registration Confirmation Advice to the Registration check-in desk along with evidence of your payment, otherwise you may be asked to pay again on event day.
