Junior "Have A Go" Course Duathlon

Course: 2km Run – 5km Ride – 1.5k Run
Age Category: 10, 11 and 12 years only
Start/Finish Line: Towradgi Park
Bikes to Transition Area: By 8.45am
Marshal to Start: 8.55 am
Race Commences: 9.15am

First Stage Run 2km
Terrain: Flat. Grassy, beach sand

Commencing at the Towradgi Park START you will follow around the Towradgi Park sports field north onto the cycle path and then back to the TRANSITION AREA where you will collect your off-road bike for the second stage of the Duathlon.

Second Stage Ride 5km
Terrain: Flat. Paved, beach and bush tracks

Continuing south from the TRANSITION AREA you will follow public cycle paths and a beachside track to Fairy Meadow SLSC and then return to the TRANSITION AREA where you will drop off your bike for the third and final stage of your Duathlon.

Third Stage Run 1.5km
Terrain: Flat. Grass

Commencing at the TRANSITION AREA your final run will be around the Towradgi Park Sports field and back to the FINISH line.
